DISPATCH TIME:
Any order you place will be packed with care to ensure that your item(s) are well protected during transit. We are trying to be as eco-friendly as we can so please don't be offended if your item is packaged in recycled materials. We ship items Monday to Friday and will normally dispatch your item within 24 hours of cleared payment being received. If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you.
METHODS OF POSTAGE:
We will only ship via Recorded Delivery to ensure that you receive your item safely and quickly. If necessary we will obtain further insurance so you are fully protected. We will also help you in the event of a claim being made against Royal Mail for either loss or damage. If your item is damaged Royal Mail may request to view packaging so this MUST be kept available for inspection. Failure to keep any/all packaging will result in the claim being void.
