Before you order you will want to read about how you can pay for and how you will receive your goods.....
 
ORDERING:
If you have browsed through our shop already you will have noticed the ADD TO BASKET buttons, simply click this button which will open a new page.  Amend the quantity as required and either click the CONTINUE SHOPPING or PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.  If you do amend the quantity don't forget to click on the refresh button next to the quantity.
 
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:
No order resulting from any quotation, pro-forma invoice, price list or other similar document made or issued by the company shall be binding unless and until it is accepted by the company. The company at its absolute discretion may accept or reject any order whether on account of the equipment being no longer available or for any other reason whatsoever.
 
PAYMENT:
Our checkout and payment systems are run by PAYPAL and GOOGLE CHECKOUT, both are highly secure online way of paying for goods. 
PAYPAL and GOOGLE CHECKOUT ensure that all of your payment details are secure and DO NOT pass on any details to us except for your name, address and email address.   If you prefer we are happy to accept payment via a personal cheque (min value £10).  If this is the method you choose please use the contact us form to place an order.  Upon receipt we will reserve your goods and confirm payment details with you, please be aware we will not be able to despatch your goods until your cheque has been banked and cleared (this can take up to 5 working days from receipt). 
 
RETURNS:
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item we will happily exchange it or refund its cost, excluding postage, providing it is returned in perfect condition in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if an item is not returned in a fully re-saleable condition.
 
DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES:
The customer shall report any damage or shortage to the company in writing within 7 days of delivery. Provided prompt notice of transit damage or loss is given and provided it is proved to the company's satisfaction that such damage occurred in transit, the company will refund, or replace such goods free of charge to the customer.
